    Support Methodology

    Our primary support model is remote-first. The vast majority of IT issues — from device problems to configuration changes to user account management — can be resolved remotely without requiring an on-site visit. This means faster response times and lower overhead for your business.

    For clients in Northwest Florida, the Wiregrass region of Alabama, and Southwest Georgia, on-site support is available when remote resolution is not sufficient. We coordinate scheduled visits and emergency on-site requests through a defined escalation process.

    Emergency support outside of standard business hours is available through documented escalation procedures. After-hours contact information is provided to all active clients.

    Ticket Submission

    Issues are submitted via phone, email, or portal. Every request receives a tracking number and acknowledgment.

    Requests are triaged by urgency. Business-critical issues are escalated immediately.

    Remote Resolution

    The majority of issues are resolved remotely within standard business hours.
