Venterprise MSP provides managed IT services including network support, endpoint management, backup, and helpdesk. Any work outside the scope of your quote or agreement may be billed separately.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless noted otherwise.
• Invoices are due within 15 days of issue.
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
• Hardware, software, and licenses are non-refundable once ordered.
Clients must provide timely access to systems, accounts, and information needed for service. Clients remain responsible for compliance with software licenses and lawful system use.
Either party may end services with 30 days' written notice. Services may be suspended or terminated immediately if invoices remain unpaid or if these Terms are breached.
We treat all client information as confidential. Clients remain responsible for their own data unless backup services are included in their agreement.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for services in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, including downtime, cyberattacks, or data loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
By approving a quote, paying an invoice, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
