Venterprise MSP – SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Service Description

By subscribing to our SMS Service, you agree to receive text messages from Venterprise MSP, including but not limited to:

• Support ticket updates (created, modified, or resolved)
• Account and billing notifications (e.g., invoices)
• Service alerts (e.g., internet outages, maintenance updates)
• Meeting reminders and scheduling confirmations
• Marketing or promotional offers (only if you have separately consented)

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Venterprise MSP at the number you provided. Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity and preferences.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your opt-out via a reply message, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, you must opt in as you did initially.

We provide the SMS Service on an "as-is" basis and make no guarantees about message timeliness, accuracy, or delivery. Venterprise MSP is not responsible for:

• Messages delayed or not delivered due to carrier issues, technical failures, or user device limitations.
• Any costs, damages, or losses related to use of the SMS Service.
